Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over ₹999! No coupon code required - the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, additional delivery time (2-4 days) may be required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Link to track your package
• Expected delivery date

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section.

Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• For valuable items, signature confirmation may be required
• You can add special delivery instructions at checkout

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following:

• P.O. Box addresses
• APO/FPO addresses
• International locations (coming soon!)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
• Provide your order number and photos of any damage
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund
